Summary: "All the help you will need"
It has always been a chore to do reviews and most of us have no training and little experience to accomplish the act. Now here is a book full of help at your fingertips that makes the process not only easier, but also more meaningful to the recipient. The struggles are over and I know that the employees recognize more value from the process too.

Summary: "Incredibly useful"
This book is incredibly useful and value-added for anyone in a management or leadership position. It provides a highly practical yet very thorough guide to evaluating and motivating employees at all levels and with different skill sets. Part III, "Phrases and Expressions That Work", is especially helpful in crystallizing key thoughts and providing the right feedback for the right situation in the right tone. I strongly recommend this book.
